These terms apply to everyone who uses CoreOps Vendor, a service operated by PT Unicorn Intertranz. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them.
The service
CoreOps Vendor copies line-haul booking requests from the logistics portal into one dashboard, roughly every 2 minutes, and lets you accept requests from there. The logistics portal is a third-party system. When it is unavailable, or the connected portal login expires, data in CoreOps Vendor can be out of date; the dashboard shows a warning when that happens.
Accounts
- New accounts get the vendor role. Admin access is granted by an existing admin.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
- Use your real name and a work email address you can access.
Accepting requests
Pressing Accept sends the acceptance straight to the logistics portal, as if you had done it there. Check the route, vehicle, and standby time before accepting. The portal may still reject an accept; the dashboard then shows its message.
What you may not do
- Try to reach data or pages your role does not give you.
- Overload, scrape, or interfere with the service or the logistics portal through it.
- Share booking data with people outside the companies involved in the trip.
Suspension
Admins can change roles or remove accounts that break these terms.
No guarantee
We work to keep the service running and the data accurate, but the service is provided as is. The logistics portal remains the source of truth for every booking.
