This policy explains what data CoreOps Vendor, operated by PT Unicorn Intertranz, processes and why. CoreOps Vendor is a dashboard that copies line-haul booking requests from the logistics portal so vendor teams can follow and accept them.
Data we process
- Your account: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), role (admin or vendor), and security settings.
- Booking data from the logistics portal: booking and request IDs, routes and station addresses, vehicle types, plate numbers, standby times, statuses, and driver names. This is operational data that already exists on the portal account your company connects.
- Portal session cookies: admins store the portal login cookies so the system can read bookings on their behalf. They are kept on the server and never shown to vendors.
- Technical data: server logs with IP address and browser type, used to keep the service running and to investigate errors.
Why we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show booking requests from the portal and send your accept actions back to it.
- To keep a history of bookings for your company's records.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
- Essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token that protects forms. Your language choice is kept in the session.
- Local storage: your light or dark theme choice and your cookie choice are saved in your own browser.
- Analytics: if analytics is turned on for this site, Google Analytics cookies are set only after you choose "Allow analytics". You can change this any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Booking data is kept as history, including bookings that have left the portal. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
You can view and change your name and email on the Profile page, and delete your account there. Deleting an account removes your sign-in data; booking data belongs to the company account and stays. For other requests about your personal data, contact the CoreOps Vendor admin at PT Unicorn Intertranz.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
